A lot of companies talk about upward mobility with the promise that “management” is in your future.  It sounds great, but it’s never defined.  Beacon Payments gives each agent the opportunity to build their team of sales agents through dedication and hard work.  After all, this is your business you are growing.  We’re just helping you achieve your goals. 

The Beacon Payments management program allows you to recruit, teach and train your own team of sales agents.  Your agents will be registered directly, paid directly and will have access to all of our training and support documents.  It will be your responsibility to support them, and in return you will earn an override on every dollar they earn.  Your agents can be paid exactly the same as a direct agent, and we pay your override out of our profits. 

There is no limit to how many agents you can bring on board.  You need only demonstrate a thorough understanding of the electronic payment industry and prove you can sell with very little support or hand holding.  Most agents are able to get to this point once they have written 100 deals.  Some get there sooner.
